The Community Cat Project was started in the Fall of 2016.  This is a Trap-Neuter-Return Assistance Program developed to assist residents of Marion & Baxter Counties in controlling and monitoring feral cat communities.  The program offers humane feline traps (for a nominal deposit) and trapping assistance and vouchers for the cats to be spayed/neutered and receive a rabies vaccine at reduced cost.  We have negotiated reduced pricing with local veterinarians to assist us in providing this service to our community. This program is operated under the auspices of the Volunteer Low Cost Spay & Neuter Clinic and is funded by donations.  Assistance is dependent upon available funding.  For more information, contact Rose Hilliard, Program Coordinator, at 870-427-4013. To make a donation to support the Community Cat Project, you may send a check to The Volunteer Low Cost Spay & Neuter Clinic, P.O. Box 92, Flippin, AR 72687, with Community Cat Project designated in the memo.
